Guester wasn’t dreamt up in an office. It was carried up four flights of stairs, one suitcase at a time, at the Lamartine Hotel in İstanbul.
Bellboy
The bell rings.
Berat's first job at the Lamartine in Taksim was carrying bags up four flights of stairs. The first lesson stuck: a hotel is a thousand small moments, and every one of them is somebody's whole holiday.
Receptionist
Behind the desk.
Then came the front desk — learning guests by name, smoothing late check-ins, watching everything the desk never has time to write down. The hotel knew so much, and kept almost none of it.
Sales & OTA management
The OTA years.
Sales management meant running the OTAs: rates here, listings there, reputation in one tool, competitor prices in another, operations in a third. Five browser tabs, five invoices — and still no single answer to “how are we doing?”

So we built the thing we kept wishing existed. Guester is one system for the whole hotel — reputation, competitor analysis, pricing, operations and automation together — because a hotel shouldn't need a stack of subscriptions to know its own building.
