Where Hospitality Meets Intelligence
Bring your operations, performance, and important decisions together in one intelligent platform.

Today a hotel’s information is split across each of these tools.

All of it in one panel: Guester.
Your PMS stays in place; Guester brings its information into the same panel. Tool names are given only as examples.
Bookings, arrivals, occupancy and the forecast on one screen. You see today's hotel and its priorities without opening several systems one by one.
Total bookings, today's arrivals and departures in a single row.
The weekly occupancy trend, day by day.
Claire's preliminary forecast, based on booking signals from the last 90 days.
Less searching. More clarity.

For hotels and groups with more than one property: manage, for example, five properties from a single Guester account.

Instead of gathering reports, opening dashboards one by one and asking for the same update twice, start the day with a summary that is already prepared.

A personal brief that opens each morning with the day's agenda and priorities.
Rate predictions by room type, occupancy and channel mix in the same flow.
Guests to watch and reviews awaiting a reply, in front of you before the morning meeting.
Less reporting. Clearer decisions.
The brief is prepared from hotel information, reservations, rates, events, news, reviews and the weather.
Claire is the AI assistant built into Guester. Not a general chatbot: she answers with your hotel's data and the day's operations in mind.

What are the most important things I should pay attention to at my hotel today?
In today's local sample operation, occupancy is 84%, with 12 arrivals and 8 departures expected.
1. Confirm rooms ready before check-in time with housekeeping.
2. Check the details of the two pending reservations.
3. Follow up on Wi-Fi feedback with the maintenance team.
Which issues come up most often in guest reviews?
In the local sample reviews, cleanliness and staff attention are the strongest areas. Noise and evening Wi-Fi speed are the two topics to follow up.
1. Open a task for maintenance to measure Wi-Fi at peak hours.
2. Confirm quiet room preferences at check-in for street-facing rooms.
3. Finish the reviews awaiting a reply today.
Summarise the occupancy and rate outlook for the next two weeks.
Local sample revenue summary: occupancy 84%, average daily rate $154 and revenue per available room $129.
Weekend demand looks strong. Review your direct channel rate while keeping parity, and prepare a flexible offer for low-demand days.
AI should not give generic answers. It should understand the context of your operation.
Claire can suggest a task, ticket, note or shift handover. Suggestions are saved only when you approve them; she does not change rates or reservations on her own. Answers are the Guester demo's real responses, based on sample data.
Guester gathers reviews on one screen, shows the rating distribution and sentiment trend, surfaces recurring themes and helps you draft replies.

The post-stay survey runs on its own. Happy guests leave a review on Google; feedback from guests who were not happy reaches you first.
The guest's contact details come into Guester from your PMS.
After the delay you set, the guest receives a survey email in your hotel's name.
The short survey takes a few seconds on a phone.
You set the threshold; the default is 4 out of 5.

Knowing your own rates is not enough. Competitor Pulse shows the OTA rates, ratings and review pace of the hotels you choose, side by side.
Average competitor OTA rate for the date you pick, with a rate card for each hotel.
Google and Booking.com ratings, weekly review pace and market share by review volume.
A rate outlook by room type, in the Morning Brief every day.
The decision stays yours. Guester gives it a clearer footing.
Competitor data depends on connection setup. Competitor hotel names in the screens are anonymised.
Tasks, tickets and shift handovers in one flow. Every item shows its owner, its priority and its status to everyone involved.

Open items, incidents and follow-ups pass between morning, evening and night shifts without getting lost.

Work assigned to departments, created by hand, from an event or from a guest request.

Requests between departments, tracked with priority from low to urgent.
Visibility, accountability and smoother coordination.

Team Performance brings together each staff member’s tasks, on-time completion rate and the guest reviews that mention them, on one screen.
AI that understands typos
Even when a guest writes “Barat”, Claire understands it means Berat at the front desk and links the review to him. Matches where the name appears with at least 80% similarity and fits a single staff member are approved automatically; uncertain ones wait for your approval as “Needs review”.
Ratings are calculated only from matched reviews; nothing is made up for a field that cannot be measured.
In development
The guest portal is being built to make it easier for guests to reach hotel information and send requests straight to the right team.
This module is not yet generally available. We share its current status in the demo.
Your hotel already runs on a PMS, a channel manager and review platforms. Guester does not ask you to replace them; it brings their information together in one intelligent workspace.
Statuses are current as of this page's publication date. We plan the setup for your hotel together in the demo.
